The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires each of the three nationwide consumer reporting companies - Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion to provide you with a free copy of your credit report, at your request, once every 12 months. The FCRA promotes the accuracy and privacy of information in the files of the nation’s consumer reporting companies. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nations consumer protection agency, enforces the FCRA with respect to consumer reporting companies. Visit http://www.annualcreditreport.com online to request. Please note that your credit reports are free but if you want to know your credit score there is an additional charge per bureau. If you want to know your score we recommend you use a paid service since the cost is equal and it is easier to obtain and understand plus then you reserve your free report rights for another time.

All of the credit bureaus must give you a free credit report every year if you ask for it. The other sites just lure you in, so they can sell you other services.
You can get a free credit repair report from the site below.

There are a lot of good ones out there. Some ask for your SSN (social security number) ,I suggest you choose ones that have no SSN requirement .Some of the sites I recommend are given below.
    freecreditreport.com
    credit.acebizs.com
There are many more out there and doing some research in google will definitely help you.
