How to do the Iron Cross- Gymnastics Skill Training Tutorial
www.facebook.com Sam Tribble giving some awesome tips for the iron cross. Very fortunate to have him on the team! This is a very advanced skill and discipline for non gymnasts. In the gymnastics community this a basic skill for the rings. if you have any questions, please comment and Sam Tribble will answer them in the next videos. The iron cross is increasing popularity in the fitness community as groups such as various calisthenics/bar athletes, crossfit athletes are beginning to integrate ring training into their fitness routines. A gymnast must hold the position for 2 seconds in order to receive credit for the move. Understanding internal rotation and external rotation will help. Sam explains that the support phase must be solid! So practice that along with the back and front levers.
