I’ve been worrying that this credit card fraud thing i have on my juvinile record (15 yrs old) is going to kill me. Today I found out that it is on my juvinile record but it says the charges were dissmissed. So it’s on there but the charges were dismissed. I have nothing else on my record. Can this be held against me or am I just being paranoid?

I hit a really tough time about 2 years ago, it started with the birth of my daughter and loosing my job afterwards. It seems like bad luck has just been following me! Is there a best way to go about repairing credit? I heard consolidation was not good.
I am now employed and ready to pay off 2 or 3 of my 4 cards. My credit score was very high and is dropping by the second. I need to have a good score in order to buy a car or a house.
I had my identity stolen (credit card information, SSN, etc.) and filed a police report in order to have a 7-year alert placed on my credit report. The idea is if anyone tries to open new credit, an alert directs the merchant/bank to call me immediately.
I moved and got a new phone number; I can’t find any way to contact the credit unions in order to update my information. I have spent 3+ hours on hold, trying to find the right contact, and I can’t find the right person to help me!
I’ve had my pink Victoria’s Secret credit card for a couple of years now, and I want to know what other people did to get ‘upgraded’ to the silver/platinum card?
